  • Date and time
  • First line of the request

  • Browser from which the request came (user agent)

The data is stored for reasons of data security to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system.

Personal Data and Disclosure to Third Parties

In addition to the access data mentioned above, we only store personal data if you voluntarily send it to us. Furthermore, personal data is only used to the extent that is necessary and only for the purpose that is approved by you and/or is permissible by law.

All data is stored exclusively on the specially protected servers of Arago AG in Germany. Access thereto is reserved to a small number of especially authorized persons charged with the technical, commercial or editorial maintenance of the servers. No data will be disclosed to third parties; in particular it will not be sold, rented or exchanged.

We will only pass on data if you have asked us to provide certain services for which we use subcontractors or agents who require such data to provide these services.

In such cases we insist that our partners also commit themselves to treating such data in confidence according to the provisions of the law and to delete them immediately when they are no longer needed. Please understand, however, that we cannot comprehensively monitor compliance, so that we do not accept liability for any offences committed by our partners.
