The tennis association with the most members in the world: The German Tennis Association (DTB – Deutsche Tennis Bund) counts more than 1.5 million players in 18 German state assocations under one roof. The DTB, which enjoys a long tradition and has its headquarters in Hamburg, organizes the International German Championships as well as the home games for the Davis Cup and the Fed Cup in the Rothenbaum Tennis Stadium in Hamburg.

Top-class serve at Hamburg’s Rothenbaum Tennis Stadium: Hamburg has been the venue of the German Tennis Championships for more than one hundred years. The men’s tournament is one of the 20 biggest tennis tournaments in the world and the most important one in Germany. It has been one leg of the ATP World Tour 500 since 2009.
