Splash, a Berlin-based start-up, has attracted a great deal of attention in the USA.
Splash, a Berlin-based app developer, won the start-up competition in the virtual reality category at the South by Southwest digital festival. The Splash app makes it possible to take 360-degree images with a smartphone – and then allows you to enter the virtual world using a video headset. At the end of June 2016, Splash presented its own 360-degree player, which can also be integrated on other websites.
