Big fuss about injections
Compulsory vaccination, yes or no? There has been public debate on this question.
If you have a high temperature, a sore throat and a cough, you may just have a cold – or measles, which can be much more serious. The question of whether measles vaccination should be compulsory has led to a hefty debate in Germany. Some politicians do not rule out the possibility of mandatory immunisation. Others favour better public education. Internationally, Germany promotes vaccination and will be supporting the GAVI global vaccination alliance with 600 million euros until 2020.
