- Identify farmers who demonstrate responsibility, and accountability for the development and preservation of their farmland.
FinaleQualified rural subsistence farmers become owners of AgriCollab(Social Agricultural Enterprise).
I have empowered 50 rural subsistence woman farmers in Magogeni village and 63 rural subsistence farmers, both males and females from a subsistence farming co-operative in Boschfontein village in Mpumalanga. I have collaborated with the village tribal authority to train 50 rural subsistence woman farmers in organic farming and these woman have since become beneficiaries of my non-profit organization's farming project and have benefited from organic farming technique training, supply of seed trays and organic vegetable seeds and benefiting from the cultivation of their farmlands.

Goal and purpose of the project:
AgriCollab is a social organic agricultural enterprise that is to be distributed to rural subsistence farmers in a franchise model throughout Africa.
Our intention is to instill a culture of responsibility in the village through the training of rural subsistence farmers in organic farming techniques and influencing rural farmers to demonstrate responsibility by continuously tilling and preserving their farmland after financing the cultivation of their farmland. Our goal is to commercialize subsistence farmers by distributing AgriCollab to rural farmers who demonstrate responsibility during our non-profit organization's(Predestined Future Global Leaders) organic crop farming training.
AgriColleb is designed to commercialize rural subsistence farmers by making use of their farmland to produce organic food for her buyers. In this case, every qualified rural subsistence farmer who possesses farmland become owners of AgriCollab.
Motivation of the applicant / applicant team:
My philosophy of freedom is that freedom is made up of two words Free and Dom; for dominion or domain. Freedom therefore means the liberty to dominate or the right rule over our environment. In other words, freedom is the delegated release of authority to be responsible for governing and to maintaining our designated sphere of influence. Freedom therefore makes us responsible and accountable. Freedom could also be defined as the embracing of responsibility, also as the restoring of self-management. I believe that responsibility is synonymous to freedom. Africa's misconception of independence for freedom produced an irresponsible society. My thoughts and perception of freedom is the impetus of my initiative, as I seek to attain freedom by using agriculture as a means to instill a culture of responsibility in my society.
I am driven by the very essence of purpose, that is, the original intent, and reason for my birth and existence, the purpose for emerging from a community and environment that demands the activation of my innate servant-hood leadership potential. I am motivated by defying the norms, breaking traditions and becoming an agent of change, to further the development of humanity by accomplishing what no one has ever accomplished.
Use of prize money:
The funds will enable us to construct a 100 square meter vegetable nursery with all necessary equipment to cater for approximately 50 rural subsistence woman farmers or more in Magogeni and Boschfontein village in Nkomazi, Mpumalanga province, South Africa. The Nursery will allow us to supply organic seedlings instead of seeds and eventually help us to commercialize more rural subsistence farmers and improve the well-being of poor rural households in the village. The construction of a greenhouse vegetable nursery costs approximately $150 per square meters.
