The spanish speaking public will have access to videos, notes, infographics and day to day social media content to follow the most important event in climate change governance.
Motivation of the applicant / applicant team:
In Latin America we are very vulnerable climate change but this is not our only worry, issues such as poverty, disasters and poor access to education are always in the agenda.
This makes it harder for climate change to be in the top agenda of politicians, NGOs and the public. We work hard to show the links between climate change and sustainable development. We know is important and want the public to help us.
Public participation is key to maintain this issue at the top agendas of government and the private sector. If citizens participate we can make make the right decisions and speed up the actions needed to secure a sustainable, adaptable and low carbon society.
