Young Islam Conference dialogue forum is also appealing to the German Bundestag.
CONVERSATION PARTNERS. The Young Islam Conference was originally the youth pendant to the German Islam Conference. In the meantime it has become well-established. There has also been no let up in the urge of its 17- to 25-year-old members to engage in debate. Currently, the dialogue forum run by director Esra Kücük (photograph) is appealing for the German Bundestag to set up a commission of inquiry with the goal of developing concepts for a diverse immigration society and for equal participation by all.
