France will be Guest of Honour in 2017
Indonesia and the Netherlands with Flanders will be Book Fair Guests of Honour after France.
The 2017 Frankfurt Book Fair will provide a special forum for the literature of France. As the Guest of Honour at this leading trade show, France will present its authors and their themes. Prime Minister Manuel Valls accepted the corresponding invitation during a visit to Germany. The 2015 Guest of Honour is Indonesia, which will be followed by the Netherlands and Flanders in 2016.
