Prize for Kenyan German studies scholar
James Meja L. Ikobwa has been awarded the Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm Prize by the DAAD.
James Meja L. Ikobwa is a respected up-and-coming scholar – and a successful networker. He teaches at the German Department of the University of Nairobi in Kenya and has promoted German studies in Kenya. In 2015 he was awarded the Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm Prize of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for his work.
