Are all cats grey at night? Perhaps they are, but it is also the time of day when art really shines. Since the first Long Night
of the Museums in Berlin in 1997, art connoisseurs and fans have regularly been flooding into museums around midnight – in more than 100 European towns. Whole cities are thus transformed into night-time happenings by wide awake visitors who are chauffeured by bus and train from performance to museum to gallery.
