Konrad Zuse Schools of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence

International AI talents have excellent study and research conditions for their master‘s degree or doctorate at the three newly founded Konrad Zuse Schools of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence. The Zuse Schools are being supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in collaboration with the appropriate technical universities.

AI Grid

The AI Grid is a network designed to promote international and interdisciplinary scientific exchange among young AI talents. People from research and practice work together in highly specialized micro-associations to develop concrete AI solutions to specific scientific issues.

Competence centres for AI research

The six AI competence centres are a keystone in AI research and the promotion of young AI talent in Germany. Five of the six AI competence centres began receiving funding in July 2022 from the Federal Government and the respective federal states where they are located. Together, the centres form a network of competences with the aim of exchanging research results:
